TAIEN composite hoses have the characteristics of safety and durability. If not installed and used correctly, it may not only shorten the service life, but also have more serious consequences. Before starting to use, please read and understand carefully, and refer to all guidance, warnings, and relevant safety operation regulations for use.

1. The hose should be in a natural straight or bent state, and it is prohibited to use it when the pipe is twisted or at the minimum bending radius.

2. When the hose needs to be suspended, special lifting equipment should be used to hang it in a suitable position, and the use of a single rope for suspension is prohibited.

3. When the connection between the hose and the pipeline is at a certain height from the ground, support should be used to lift it to avoid excessive bending of the hose.

4. When using hoses, sharp edges or ship guardrails at the dock should be avoided, and supports should be used to support them.

5. When connecting hoses to ships at the dock, special lifting straps should be used to prevent the ship from shaking, squeezing, and pulling the hoses.

6. When the hose is suspended between two joints of the pipeline, there should be support in the middle of the hose or special lifting straps should be used to lift it, especially when the hose is too long. It is forbidden to use the hose in suspension.
