Appearance inspection of composite hoses

1. Is there any depression or distortion in the pipe body.

2. Check for corrosion, wear, and looseness of the spiral steel wire.

3. Check for any abnormal phenomena such as leakage, cracks, corrosion, deformation, etc. in the joint.

4. Whether there is leakage in the pipe body or excessive wear on the reinforcement layer.

5. Check if there is any corrosion or detachment of the inner layer of the pipe. If the hose exhibits any of the above phenomena or other abnormal features, it must be stopped from use.

Storage method of composite hoses

1. Clean before storage and ensure that the inside of the tube is dry.

2. If not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry room above the ground and shielded from light.

3. When storing hoses outdoors, obstructions should be set up to minimize long-term exposure to sunlight.
